These terms apply when you request a preview from or buy a video from Autroly (autroly.com), a personal video service for local businesses in the United States run by Sherry. Questions? Email [email protected].

What we make

Custom 15-second vertical videos (“Reels”) for your business, delivered as HD files ready to post on social media.

• Single Reel — $99 USD. One custom Reel, a clean HD file and 2 rounds of edits.
• Monthly — $199 USD per month. 4 custom Reels each month, renewing monthly until you cancel.

Free previews

You can ask for a free watermarked preview before paying. There is no obligation to buy. Previews are for review only and may not be posted or used until you buy the final video.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed securely by Stripe. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout.

Delivery and edits

We deliver your final HD Reel by email within 48 hours of payment, as long as we have the details we need (your website or Instagram is usually enough). If we need more information, we will email you and the 48 hours start once we receive it. Each Single Reel includes 2 rounds of edits.

Monthly plan and cancellation

The Monthly plan renews automatically each month on the date you first paid. You can cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future charges; the month you have already paid for is not refunded, and you still receive that month’s Reels.

Your materials

Only send photos, logos and other materials you have the right to use. You are responsible for the offers, prices and claims you ask us to include. We check your services and contact details against your website before they go into your video.

Using your video

Once paid, you may use your final video to promote your business on any platform, without time limit. We will not publish your video or business name as an example without your permission.

Limits

We work hard to get every video right, but we cannot guarantee specific results such as views, followers or sales. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the video concerned.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes do not affect videos already paid for. The date at the top shows the latest version.
