Refund Policy

Because you can see a free watermarked preview before paying, we keep refunds simple.

Not delivered? Full refund.

If we have not delivered your final HD Reel within 7 days of a payment, you can ask for a full refund of that payment.

After delivery

Once your final HD Reel has been delivered, payments are not refundable. If something is not right, the edits included with your order are there to fix it — just reply to our delivery email.

Monthly plan

You can cancel anytime and you will not be charged again. The month you have already paid for is not refunded, and you still receive that month’s Reels.

Charged by mistake?

Duplicate or accidental charges are always refunded in full.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
